    • Designed by the Buffalo architectural tandem of Duane Lyman and Lawrence Bley

Recent Events and Actions Taken

  • April 1998 - 344 Delaware Avenue LLC purchased the building from the S.H. Gow Co. for $705,000
  • Summer 2011 - Listed for sale with a $2.8 million asking price
  • June 2012 - Ellicott Development, through its Deltup LLC affiliate, bought the building and a nearby parking lot for $5.525 million.
    • Tenants include Willcare, Western Region Health Corp., Bracorps Inc., and Willis of New York Inc. They are all expected to remain tenants under the new ownership.
