History
- 1882 - Wojciech S. Mioducki arrives in America and works as a carpenter with his brother Michael (who later became a funeral director).
- 1883 - Wojciech marries Balbina Garstka and has son John Daniel Mioducki the following year
- By 1906, the building at 1066 Broadway was a real estate and insurance office owned by Wojciech, and later his son John.
- First Polish insurance agent in Buffalo
- John also went on to have an office at 493 Amherst Street
