  • From the Buffalo News 4/20/2014 article: "The current owners had planned to capitalize on the medical campus growth by renovating the aging facility into a Sleep Inn, but they were unable to get the financing together. Dagher and his partner now hope to follow through on that plan and are already engaged in a feasibility study to ensure that they are pursuing the best brand for the site."
  • June 2014 - preparations are being made for demolition, i.e. rodent baiting.
  • July 2, 2014 - DEMOLISHED.
