- Adaptively reused by Rich Products as office, warehouse and light manufacturing.

History
- The E. R. Thomas Motor Company was a manufacturer of motorized bicycles, motorized tricycles, motorcycles, and automobiles in Buffalo between 1900 and 1912.
- In 1916, the factory became the first headquarters for the Curtiss Aeroplane & Motor Co.
- Many years later, the main factory building was adaptively reused by Rich Products Corporation, a food manufacturer.
