  • Vacant and deteriorating.

History

  • From a 1996 home tour pamphlet: "Built in 1945 for Marcel Nadler, a Norwegian hairdresser. The fireplace has been restored to working condition and its original design. The original garage was purchased as a separate property and deeded back to the house. The entire house has been furnished in Art Deco/contemporary style in a black and white color scheme. The entire yard had also been redesigned and landscaped. The garden is in an all white color scheme of Rhododendrums, azaleas, daylilies, daturas, marigolds, geraniums, lobelia, dianthus, petunias, clematis, clethas and hydrangeas."
