- July 25th, 2013 - Preservation Board ruling: 'Tabled - Applicant must attempt the following: Sell the property, donate and use as a tax write-off, or look into habitat for humanity donation, as the house is solid and in a strong neighborhood.'
- September 5, 2013 - Preservation Board ruling: Denied. However, "applicant stated he is not pursuing any of the suggestions from the board on 7/25/13 and will continue to seek demolition."
