Current Condition

Original school building was lost to a fire and is just a surface parking lot now. Set back on the same parcel, but facing Delavan, is the newer school 17.

History

  • Original building dates back to 1854
  • Subsequent additions made in 1894 and 1917.
  • Fire destroyed these in 1965
per Karl Josker
  • School replaced with one facing Delavan on the same large parcel
