- 1884 - Catholic Diocese purchases property
- 1887 - Parish established
- 1914 - School building facing Brinkman Avenue was built
- 1958 - Building expansion to Bailey Avenue included a gymnasium and additional classrooms
- 1990 - Holy Name School closes. Students from multiple parishes are moved to Kolbe Catholic (formerly St. John Gualbert school)
Recent Events and Actions Taken
- 2006 - Holy Name Parish is closed by the dioceses. The parish had been using the school building for bingo and storage after the school closed.
- 2009 - Purchased, along with Holy Name Church, by NEW LIFE HARVEST CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST for $130,000
