  • Mike Puma, May 2015: "This Art Deco bank building on Fillmore and Leroy is slowing coming back to life. It was designed by the same architects who conjured up Buffalo's city hall. The plywood panels obscuring the banking hall windows have recently been removed. Neighbors report the mini-mart owners a few doors down are sprucing the place up."
