Physical Description
Two story wood framed double from the 1870s with Eastlake styling, a gable roof, corbeled chimney stack, and arched transom over entry door.
Current Condition
The doorway and windows were already altered by the 1978 inventory, along with shingles covering the clapboard. Current condition and use unknown.

- May 5, 2017 - Kelco Construction & Homes has Hannah Demolition Inc apply for a demolition permit of the house. No reason is provided.
- May 17, 2017 - Demolition request will be reviewed by the Preservation Board at 3PM in City Hall OSP Conference Room 3:00 PM. Being outside of a historic district means their ruling can only carry a 30 day stay of execution for the house.
