Physical Description
An eight story, 42,000 sq.ft. brick commercial building using reinforced-concrete frame construction. It utilizes a brick and terra-cotta exterior with Neoclassical detailing at the cornice. courtesy Buffalo Rising
Current Condition
Renovated into apartments
The property includes a separate building to the east, at 456-458 Main Street, which was constructed ca. 1889-1908. The two buildings were not connected in 1925, however by 1951 they were.
