  • Aug 2011 - The Erie County Industrial Development Agency approved a total of $131,000 in tax abatements for two downtown restaurant projects (Horton Coffee Building, and the former Golden Swan Café and Grille at 437 Ellicott St) that will receive $800,000 in investment from Termini.
  • June 18, 2013 - Italian restaurant Tappo, run by chef Mike Andrzejewski, opens.
