- It had been a rooming house in recent years.
Recent Events and Actions Taken
- 2001 - A new roof was installed and a fire escape was removed.
- 2004 - Owner had begun restoration but could not finish, and the house sold at public auction
- 2004 - A teacher and an architect purchased the home to finish the restoration
