  • It was the home of Dr. and Mrs. Hubbard A. Foster. It served both as their residence and Dr. Foster's office.
  • It had been a rooming house in recent years.

Recent Events and Actions Taken

  • 2001 - A new roof was installed and a fire escape was removed.
  • 2004 - Owner had begun restoration but could not finish, and the house sold at public auction
  • 2004 - A teacher and an architect purchased the home to finish the restoration
