Physical Description

2 1/2 story frame structure. Front of the building, facing Forest Avenue, is a restaurant/bar; rear of the building, along Tremont Avenue, was a rooming house.

Current Condition

Building burned, starting in the rear, in February 2013. Front is much less damaged, at least to casual inspection from the street.

History

Front section was Royal Pheasant restaurant for many years. At the time of the fire, it was operated as the bar "Mixology".

  • DEMOLISHED on 02-03-2014
  • Fire February 2013. Emergency demolition possible.
