- 2014 - TRI-MAIN DEVELOPMENT LLC paid $300,000 for the complex
- 2016 - Community Action Organization (CAO) has moved its headquarters to the building.
- March 22, 2017, Business First - "The second phase of a two-part renovation set for the former Phoenix Frontier building on Jewett Avenue as a warehouse-turned-mixed use center is heading into its final stages. Tri-Main Development LLC is proposing a makeover of the a three-story, 40,000-square-foot building it acquired three years ago that will convert the structure house to both loft-style, market-rate apartments and commercial space. The project will be reviewed March 27 by the Buffalo Planning Board."
