- Dec 2008 - Feb 2011 - Several local developers began a phased rehabilitation of 537 Main Street, part of which called for construction of a restaurant and gallery space. Read these Buffalo Rising articles for more detailed information.
- July 2011 - Common Council passed a resolution titled "Revitalization of the 500 Block of Main Street." All 500 Block owners with unoccupied buildings were requested to appear before the Council, and more aggressive enforcement was requested for City code violations.

- Dec 2011 - Plans call for a restaurant plus upper floor residential
- October 2013 - Owners are finishing rehab of the upper floors to live in and will then work on a downstairs restaurant
