History

  • May 30, 1927 - The Great Lakes Theatre was opened
  • 1949 - Name change to Paramount Theater
  • 1965 - Became Nemmer Furniture.
  • 1996 - City Centre condos were built by reinforcing the steel structure to support four more stories. The exterior was re-skinned.
