- 1959 - The opening of the Niagara Thruway resulted in an overnight free-fall in the amount of traffic sustaining the struggling Seneca commercial strip
- 1968 - The Winkler family grocery business closes after 111 years of continued operation

- September 2014 - via Chris Schmidt at Buffalo Rising: "An historic building on Seneca Street is getting a new owner and a makeover. SelectOne Search LLC appears to have 760 Seneca Street under contract and is proceeding with plans to renovate the Larkin District property. The job search and placement firm is going to the Buffalo Planning Board for project approvals on Tuesday. It would relocate its corporate offices to the building from Wehrle Drive in Williamsville if everything falls into place." Buffalo Rising
- October 2014 - The Erie County Industrial Development Agency approved $141,000 in tax breaks to regional staffing agency SelectOne Search on a $1.7 million project to renovate the building. The relocation also includes plans for 16 more jobs created at the company of 22 employees. Buffalo News
