Physical Description
Five adjacent 19th century historic buildings, dating from the 1850s to the 1890s, joined together into one complex.
Current Condition
The architectural integrity of the buildings were preserved and the original storefronts have been fully restored. The restoration includes 28 residential units and 4.600 sq.ft. of commercial space.
History
- 844/846 Main Street built circa 1880 in Eastlake Commercial style
- 850 Main Street built circa 1880 in Italianate Commercial style
- 854 Main Street built circa 1870 in Eclectic and Romanesque Revival style
- 858 Main Street McDonnell Building built in 1884 using some Eastlake Commercial style
- 864 Main Street built in 1872 in Second Empire style
