4 story red brick commercial building from the 1800s.
Current Condition
Demolished in the 1990s. Replaced in 2001 with the single story portion of a bland building that lacks any interaction with the street.
History
- Built in 1887.
- Architect Cyrus Porter once had an office in the building.
Recent Events and Actions Taken
- 2001 - Non-descript medical building constructed on site
- 2013 - Krog settled on a plan to raze the complex and construct in its place a mixed-use, seven-story building
- August 2013 - Medical Campus officials asked Krog to sell the building to them instead
