Physical Description

4 story red brick commercial building.

Current Condition

Demolished in the 1990s. Replaced in 2001 with the two story portion of a bland building with fake windows and no interaction with the street.

History

Built in the late 1800s.

Recent Events and Actions Taken

  • 2001 - Non-descript medical building constructed on site
  • 2013 - Krog settled on a plan to raze the complex and construct in its place a mixed-use, seven-story building
  • August 2013 - Medical Campus officials asked Krog to sell the building to them instead
