History
- The Orin Forster Mansion was built from 1903 to 1905 and designed in the Mediterranean Revival style by Frank M. Chappelle. It is associated with patent medicine manufacturer Orin Foster.

- December 2022 - SOLD - Business First reports that "A Buffalo physician has acquired the former DeRose Mansion on Millionaire’s Row at 891 Delaware, where he plans to move his concierge medicine practice. Dr. Leonard Kaplan paid $1.5 million for the property, which includes an 13,000-square-foot mansion and a 6,000-square-foot carriage house. His plans call for redeveloping the site to house his OWM Integrative Wellness, which focuses on preventive medicine and wellness. Built in 1904 by the founder of the Foster-Milburn Co., the mansion was built in the arts and crafts style and designed by architect Frank Chappell, who also built the African village for the Pan Am Expo and is buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery. “We are really excited to have found this architectural treasure,” Kaplan said."
