  • April 2008 - Ellicott Development purchases the building from Ciminelli Development.
  • August 2015 - An announced $6.9 million project utilizing historic preservation tax credits begins. Plans call for 27,000 sq.ft. of commercial space on the first two floors, and 18 market-rate apartments on the top two floors. Buffalo Rising
