Current Condition

Messy exterior facade and covering of original parapet. Unknown interior condition; has modified storefronts that have been in use recently.

History

  • 1910 - Built as a moving picture theater by Joseph Rutkowski.
  • 1926 - Still open as a theater, but not listed as one by 1929 Cinema Treasures

  • 2012 - Unfortunate corrugated metal covering added across top of building
