  • 1922 - Architect J. F. Warner designs the building
  • 1924 - 700 luxury-room hotel opens
  • 1950s - Renamed the Richford Hotel

Recent Events and Actions Taken

Halloween 1999 - Demolished to make way for a parking lot and entrance to the Hampton Inn being created in the Jackson Building.
