Physical Description

Current Condition

Original Lombard facade retains original brick, retail first floor, and vertical sign, but its windows are filled in with concrete block. Broadway side, now exposed due to the demolition of neighboring buildings, has been treated to an ugly fake facade which is mirrored on the small building in front at 1017 Broadway.
