- This building is on the agenda of the special Preservation Board meeting, Thursday, January 28, 3pm, City Hall, Room 901.
- A local landmark nomination is being prepared, for action at the Preservation Board meeting and later, if successful at the Preservation Board, at Buffalo Common Council.
- North Buffalo Organization will hold a Community Conversation Wednesday, January 27, 3pm at Holy Spirit Church, 91 Dakota Street. Benderson representatives will be in attendance to talk about the project.
