3. 33 Brunswick Boulevard
Demolish 33 Brunswick Boulevard, a contributing resource to the Hamlin Park Historic District.

4. 1491 Jefferson Avenue
Demolish 1491 Jefferson Avenue, a contributing resource to the Hamlin Park Historic District.

5. 298 Northland Avenue
Demolish 298 Northland Avenue, a contributing resource to the Hamlin Park Historic District.

6. 15 Allen Street
Demolish 15 Allen St., a contributing resource to the Allentown Historic District.

7. Dr. John Chase Lord Farmhouse
Nominate as a local landmark the Dr. John C. Lord Cottage, 794 Potomac Avenue.

C. Communications

8. Buffalo Green Code
The Common Council submits the SEQRA Final Generic Environmental Impact Statement (FGEIS) for the Buffalo Green Code.

9. Northland Corridor Redevelopment
The Buffalo Urban Development Corporation submits an update to the Preservation Board on pending selective demolition at the Houdaille Engineering Corp. Complex & Factory, 537 East Delavan Ave. Work will be conducted by the City of Buffalo subject to a demolition order. The administration building, eastern plant, heat transfer building, boiler house, and Houdaille stack will be retained for future adaptive reuse.

Install an internally illuminated blade sign.

11. 291 North St.
Construct a senior living facility, per plans revised since a previous
Preservation Board approval, and erect a monument sign.

12. 417 Franklin St.
Tear off and replace asphalt single roof in-kind.

F. Old Business

13. 257 Allen St.
Install upper-story replacement windows (materials to be determined with advice from the Board). TABLED 12/22/16.

14. 320 Florida St.
Undertake a comprehensive exterior rehabilitation. TABLED 12/22/16.

15. 62 Eastwood Pl.
Replace all existing wood windows (front facade with wood, all others with vinyl/plastic). TABLED 12/22/16.

G. New Business

16. 15 Auchinvole Ave.
Demolish a rear house at 15 Auchinvole Ave.

17. Elmwood/Bidwell
Demolish 721 Ashland Ave.; 1006, 1010, 1020, 1024, and 1028 Elmwood Ave.; and 583 and 584 Potomac Ave.; and partially demolish sections of 976 and 982
Elmwood Ave. All buildings are contributing resources to the Elmwood Historic District (National Register of Historic Places), with the exception of 1024 and 1028 Elmwood Ave., which are non-contributing.
